Recieved a package of what may be the last gear parts available from Richard Siers. Most of the weldments and fabrication work is here.
Decided to start with the nose gear since there is more work here. Bead blast upper nose gear leg prime. bead blast stearing arm tube ( lower end only ) emery cloth and polish upper tube . bead blast nose fork tube (lower end only ) prime all blasted parts. Hone and polish all mating surfaces . Done for the day
