Brief Description:  prep for fuse skin right side

Installed harness bracket and lower seat belt attach bolt . T-88 with micro was placed in the reccessed lower seat belt attach point botl to prevent rotation .

Drilled 1/8" vent / drains holes in each bay low spot thru inside skin.

Installed super sound proofing from A/C spruce to all bays within the cabin . Also added a couple of dampeners to the bay behind the seat back . This material can be found about 3-4 dollars cheaper per running foot at a sound proofing internet site ,rather than aircrft spruce. Fact is that aircraft spruce buys it fronm them and even provides their "sound proofing manual ? for free.

After calling the Company for their touted technical advise , I found they have quite the knowledge base , aircraft are within their scope of work.

Given the construction situation they recomended 1/2 material . My thought was to fill the bay with 3/4 but i was concerned that the outer skin may show some bulges here and there. So I was leaning toward the 1/2 anyway.

The end result is that the air gap left over in the bay promotes a better sound proofing apllication, and the added benifit is that the bay can vent . When installing the sound proofing , I carefully removed the lower corner of sound proofing to keep the 1/8 th vent drain holes clear and open.

The insulation was glued in with 3M headliner adhesive in vertical stripes an inch apart . This was done so that any moisture behind the insulation can drain downward to the vent .
