Set canopy top in position , located and cut hinge slots in spline . set hinges , squared .
Stopped work . At this point I am not happy with the clearance of the -4 hinge point location. Again per the plan call out it is set at 1.5 inches . Per the plan detail witch is not to scale - the hinge points are much deeper into the spine . These hinges as made will barelly allow the bolt to be installed up next to the spline . They will have very little support from the spline cross peices they bolt to and will tear out in my oppion.
