The manual calls for the fuse side to be layed out on a paper plot . then flipped to build the opposing side by seeing thru the paper and using the same lines . I find this to be just extra work and allow for inacuracy . I used the same jig for both sides , since the gussets only go inboard on both frames ( the reason to flip the papper plot ) - on the left frame I applied the gussets directly while in the jig . On the right fuse side - I glued all the butt joints as I did on the left but did not apply the gussets at this point . Tommorow I will remove all the jig blocks from the jig , carefully roll the side over , clean / sand all the excess epoxy and then apply the gussets . Ensuring to identical sides.
