Rough sketch of propeller outside profile. Doing plenty of research on airfoil selection for inner 40% to contribute to strength and engine cooling and outer 60% for efficiency and proper thrust value for an engine @ 3000-3300 RPM cruise. Doing one half of the propeller and then using router duplicator to turn it into a hard wood.
Again this is just something i'm thinking of doing and if it doesn't pan out i'll just purchase one.
