Brief Description:  Rear Ribs Riveted (14-5)

In between football, turkey, pies, and thanksgiving with family, I found a little time to rivet the rear wing ribs to the spar and attach the bolts on the left wing. Now that I have a wing stand where I can store the wing I’m not working on I was able to set all the rivets. There are a couple errors in the plans on the number of rivets per rib but those have been discussed already on the forum. Just fill all the rib fwd flange holes with rivets...most take 5, one takes 6 and two take 8 per rib. Anyway, it’s nice to be almost pass this point. I only have the small rivets on the spar flange and the bolts to set on the right wing to do, then I can move onto setting the rivets for the rear spar in section 15. I was thinking about putting the factory head on the spar, which would have been easier, but I was able to make it work to keep the factory head on the rib (thinner piece). Except for the most inboard rib due to access for the gun, so I had to reverse it.
