I went ahead and drilled the rear spar and aft ribs as directed. It clears the original holes, but not by much…maybe ¼” on center between the original hole and the new holes. Only on one rib, the other has plenty of distance between holes. I also riveted all the brackets together and clecoed everything to the rear spar for final drilling. I completed the countersinks on the inboard doubler plate, but still need to countersink the top flange of the rear spar. This required flipping the assembly over so I can have better access to the top side.
