Brief Description: Tap, drill and countersink tie downs (13-4)
I cut the tie down to size, then tapped both left and right wing tie downs. I then drilled a pilot hole and clecoed it in place to drill the rest. Once all the holes were match drilled to the spar, I counter sunk the nut plate rivet holes. I used a short bolt with some washers to hold the plate nut centered and then used the hut plate as a drill guide.
