Brief Description:  Countersink fuel screw holes (13-3)

I created a dimple gage, #19 hole, then dimpled for a #8 screw in .032 stock. The I took the #30 countersink cutter and just increasing the depth in the micro stop until the dimple gage fit nicely. I even tried a screw in the hole and it fit well. The counter sink looks crazy large, but so is the dimple in the skin. When cutting the countersink, it initially goes off center and/or starts to create a triangle shape (tri lobe), but when it hit the bottom of the micro stop it smooths out and the plate nut brings it back to center. Once I get them all complete, I’ll come back with some primer for the countersinks.
