Brief Description:  Setting plate nuts on the spar (13-3)

The challenge: how to hold the plate nut in place while setting the rivets. Normally I use a cleco, but the space was a little tight to get the squeezer in and set the rivet. The other issue, at least for the one sided plate nuts, there seemed to be a lot of play with where the plate nut was located and where the hole in spar was for the screw. The solution: I used a cheap #8 screw from my box-o-screws and created a plate net holder. The screw, with some added nuts as spacers, was just long enough to engage the plate nut but short enough to not engage the crimp. The hole in the spar is just a little smaller than the #8 screw, so I used a file to shave down the thread diameter to just fit through the hole. This also helped center the plate nut thread under the spar hole and helped hold the plate nut up tight against the spar. After figuring out the steps and sequence, then everything progressed quickly. The nuts as spacer provided enough grip that I could just hand tighten and loosen the screw each time.
