I had to wait on a couple screws to complete the rudder counterweight assembly, so I stated bac on the HS ribs. A few of the ribs needed to be bent to account for the angle of the skin. The KAI says to just bend by hand, but it’s difficult to get a nice bend with the lightening hole. To get a decent ben I ended up clamping the rib to the workbench with some wood pieces and using those to help define where the crease will be. I took a couple iterations, but I ended up getting it to the right angle. The rest of the time was spend deburring all the edges on all the ribs. I also assemble the skeleton together multiple times to match drill all the holes where the ribs connect to the spar. Now ready for the skin as soon as I can clear the rudder off the workbench.
