Went through and final sized all the holes in the HS and skin. I marked the holes with a sharpie that I drilled, then I moved the clecos and finished the rest. It took a while even with Cyndi’s help moving clecos. The next step call to pull it all apart and counter sink the spar holes. I got most of the way through countersinking, but I think my bit is getting a little dull and it takes a lot of pressure to get them to the right size. I ordered some single and triple flutes from Cleveland. For now, I’m just making do with what I have. I use a dimpled skin tab as a gage to make sure I have the right depth…even with the micro depth cage I still see some variation, but it helps a bunch. The inner spar was already primed, but I plan to sand it down a little and re-prime to coat the countersink holes.
Me, countersinking away…it’s a lot of holes (21-110)
