I pulled all the parts from inventory required to build both seat backs. I removed the blue plastic film from both F-637A seat back skins and deburred all the edges. Next I cut the 0.125 angle uprights to length, deburred the edges and laid out the radius and angle cuts to be made according to DWG 30. I cut the upper and lower seat back F-637C angles to length and deburred. I cut the upper and lower seat back hinges F-637D and F-637E to length and deburred the ends. I positioned the seat back uprights on the seat skins and clamped the parts so I could mark the rivet holes. I drilled 68 #40 holes in both seat backs. Last thing for today is layout the hinge location on the seat back and drill and deburr the holes
