Fabricated the spacers for the bellcranks. Fitted all the bolts. Reaming out the bushings turned out to be a giant pain. Drill bits are usually undersized so I purchased two chucking reams. I used the 1/4 to ream out the busing and the 3/8ths to ream out the bellcrank. The bushing was a very tight fit. After lubrication, the bellcrank would turn around the bushing but the bolt is much looser inside the bushing.
I am going to have to move the wire from the stall warning vane. I had it coming through a bushing and into the wiring conduit. I will pull it out and will run it through the center hole of the three wiring run holes.
