New blade for the tubing cutter, got everything cut to length. Had a very hard time getting the threaded rod ends inserted. Had to file the rods to get them to fit.
Drilled the rivet holes, cleaned, deburred. Inserted each rivet, then cut off the very ti end of the rivet with a dremel tool. Used the grinder with the scotch brite wheel to polish the head. Then squeezed them very slowly. Worked this time with no deformed rivets.
Oiled the interior of the tubes with LPS-2 oil before the last rivet.
