First step wat the FL-706A angle to the spar, which I came this close to forgetting.
Then the spar to the top skin, then the piano hinge to the bottom skin, then the blind rivets.
The pneumatic rivet puller ROCKS. Best $40 ever.
I riveted a little bit out of order from the manual. I had started with the FL-706B to the end rib, I did NOT rivet the nut-plate into place. Then I riveted the aft flanges of the FL-705 to the 802 skin. Then I attached the FL-704 end rib. I riveted the two flush rivets that went under the nut plate into place. THEN riveted the nut plate into place. Then cleco'ed the whole flap together. Much easier not having to get around the nut plate.
