Brief Description: Flaps - Left Hinge and Attach plates

Attached and drilled out the left flap hinge and drilled out a couple holes that had been overlooked. Drilled countersink into the left and right spars using the hinges as drill guides. Deburred the left and right skins, spars, and ribs.
