Bent both aileron skins in the home-made metal brake. Put a very thin dowling rod in the back of the fold which made them come out pretty evenly. Sanded off some primer, riveted the reinforcing plates into place and then cleco'ed everything together. I would like to figure out how to back rivet the rivets along the top of the spar if posible since that tends to come out much better.
