Spent the night assembling the right wing frame. I drilled out all the excess paint in the rivet holes, got everything ready for riveting, and cleaned up a bit.
All in all, this priming process didn't go well at all. Used way too much paint, put it on too thick, had a lot of issues getting the paint gun right, etc. Only smart thing I did was use zip ties to label the parts. Write the rib number (1-14 outboard in) on it, cover the number with masking tape, and paint away. When you're done, no guessing which rib goes where.
Note the left wing in the jig. It really sags in there. Have to go get a couple bottle jacks to support the wings once they are both in the frame.
