New trim tab arrived from Van's. I started off by creating a block in two parts to fit the tab. After a lot of problems with the blocks slipping, I made a block consisting of a long cut in the wood block. That left the top and bottom attached so no more slipping problems. You can see the slots in the blocks in the middle picture.The two bends went very well. There was a little scratching of the surface with the rivet gun used to finish the bend but it worked out pretty well.
