Brief Description:  Rolled leading edges

Four hours. 10 minutes of which involved actually rolling the leading edges.

Started with a length of 1" steel pipe. It worked okay but was too large to allow the edge to roll up all the way. Followed that up with some hand bending. That worked well on the 5" part of the leading edge but not at all on the 23" part.

Switched to 3/4 in electrical conduit. That was better but I had to recruit two of Nathan's baseball teammates to hold down the elevator while I rolled.

Finally went to Home Depot's PMA section and got three u-bolts which i mounted on an old scrap of plywood. Started by taping the edge. Then laid it on the board. Insert the pipe, attach the tape and then roll the pipe using vice grips.

It worked about 80% of the way. The rest I was able to do by hand and cleco together pretty easily.

Left them cleco'ed last night and will blind rivet in the morning.
