Started by enlarging the hole in the R-704 rib with a unibit. First time I ever used one.
Cleco'ed the platenuts in place. Match drilled all the holes in the rudder spar web. Prepared the tip rib as well. Cleco'ed the counterbalance skin in place and match drilled everything.
Was in the middle of drilling out the holes attaching the rib to rudder horn brace when POP my air hose burst. Gives me an excuse to get a nice hose with a reel, something I really need.
Finished the drilling with the cheapy hose and cleco'ed the skin in place.
