Attached the hinges to the rear spar. Also drilled out two rivets that the squeezer had mangled. I started by drilling a #40 thru the center and then using a #30 to get rid of the shop head. Works without enlargening the hole.
On the last rivet, the #40 bit shattered in the middle of drilling. I was able to use a dremel to cut off the edges of the shop head and push it out then re-rivet.
