Centered the VS vertically and horizontally. Measured out all the bolt holes, marked and drilled. Aligned the VS then drilled out the front spar and spacers. Temporarily bolted all the fittings into place.
Left two holes undrilled in the VS front spar and spacer where I couldn't get the angle drill in easily. I will drill those after removing the rudder.
