Leveled the fusleage sie to side and front to back. Attached the HS and centered and leveled. Drilled the holes in the HS spar to attach brakets. Had a harder time doing the front spar flange to desk holes but was able to reach them with a 12" drill bit. Used AN470-4-12 rivets I had to hold things into place. Then one by one drilled out the rivets and drilled #12 and replaced them with the appropriate bolts.
Will work on the vertical stab tomorrow. The heat index is 110-120 so I can work for about three hours in the AM before I have to quit.
