Match drilled all the #40/#30 holes in the forward skins. Removed the skins then countersunk rivet holes in the F802 cross members. Deburred and then dimpled all the remaining holes in the skins. Removed the F802 forward cross member in preparation for applying pro-seal.
Skins to be acid-etch, alodined, and primed this week.
Also replaced some of the suspect flush rivets that will sit under the gear plates. Since I cannot really buck them easily, I used stuctural cherry-max rivets in their place.
