Fabricated the brake line for the left side brake. Of course the first one took about four hours. After that, each one took about ten minutes.
Started by installing the angle valve fittings and the clamps using scrap bolts. Then measured the lines and marked the bend locations. The first few bends were fine but had a hard time holding the lines in place. Finally I flared one end of the line and put it loosely on the angle fitting to hold the whole thing in place while I made and adjusted the bends.
Took a while to get the length right. Requires trimming and trimming and more trimming until it is exactly right.
