Okay. Panic over. I went back trying to figure out what happened. So I took the back baffle of the tank, cleco'ed on the brackets. Everything fit. Hmmmm.
Took the baffle, started to fit it to the tank. Didn't fit perfectly. The tank is off perfectly square by like 1/64th of an inch. Its not much, With the back baffle cleco'ed into place, everything is all square again and the bolts fit.
Giant sigh of relief. Gonna attach the nut plates and finish up the tanks this weekend.
