Decided the fuel door I made looked like poop so I made new ones. This time I dimpled the door and countersank the piano hinge so the door could fit mostly flush against the rib. I also did away with the little tab stop from the plans and instead folded the hinge wire at 90 angles so that it provided a stop. Little simpler.
I have to get an angle drill. Drilling the holes for the rivets was a pain. Can see from the photos, little uneven.
