These are pictures of the fuel tank seams where the rivets were leaking. Think that I worried too much about not putting too much sealant on there. Should have used more.
Seems like there has to be a better way to put these together. In my Mooney, all seams are painted with a couple coats of sealant. I think it would be easier to use a couple of holes in the back baffle plate to access the inside of a closed up tank to seal those seams. The holes are easy enough to seal with round plates and platenuts.
