Got the new testing kit. Bought some 1/2" tubing and taped it up to the wall, filled it with water and pumped up the tanks.
There were small leaks at the top outboard corners of both right and left tanks. They should be very easy to seal. There was a leak in the left tank along the top seam of the back baffle. I will have to wait for warmer wather to investigate and decide if I can seal it or have to cut an access hole to reseal the inside top.
