Brief Description:  Wing tank vent tubes

Installed the vent tubes and prepared for riveting everything up.

Started by installing the vent tubing in the left wing tank. I figured I would screw up so I left the line as long as possible. Used the new flaring tool. Then I went to slip on the fittings. Doh. Used the little cutter to take off the flare, installed the fittings, flared and hooked up. Didn't look right. I had put the little sleeve fitting on backwards. Cut off the flair, put everything on the right way, flaired and tightened the fittings. Time 1.5 hours. Put the vent line in the right tank. Time, 10 minutes.

Had to trim the support bracket a little to fit around the rivets in the leading edge. I ended up countersinking one hole in the left bracket so I could use a flush rivet so I could easily install the nut to hold the flop tube in place.

Went around and prepped/deburred/cleaned all the rivet holes for the AN427AD4-7 rivets.

Riveted the platenuts on the right plate to hold the fuel level sender.

Also tested the resistance for both fuel senders to make sure they gave correct resistance levels.
