Finished attaching all the tank attach brackets. Went much much easier with the enlarged holes. Cleco'ed the last brackets in place and then clamped and match drilled the bolt holes in the spar/bracket.
Got a new air drill from Aircraft Tool. Very much quieter than the one I was using from Home Depot. May pop for another one as they are only $60 and I always seem to need two drills.
Finally, bolted the nut plates for the last brackets to the spar using so scrap AN3 bolts (left over from the Mooney project) and washers. Stack a bunch of washers on the bolt and it can hold the plate nut in place while you drill out the rivet holes. Drilled and countersank all the rivet holes.
I got Nathan to help with one set of rivets, drove the other myself. It was a bear getting the bucking bar in place but eventually I got all them installed.
Knocked off at 1:00 as it got over 95 (35 for non-Americans). Will wait until the evening to slip the tank skins in place and drill.
