I was a lot more confident about the right longeron having finished the left. Got everything ready and was about to put all the vices in place when I realized I had confused top and side. Phew, so I re-clamped and double checked.
The initial beding on the right side went faster since I knew what to expect. I filed the bulkhead gaps and put in the twist. But, this time it took a lot more tweaking to get it in just right. I had it in and out four times. First the back needed more bending. Then the front. Then I had put too much twist in, it really just needs a tiny bit.
Finally got it all into place, then deburred and installed the F-804 center section cap and the F-816 cockpit rail.
