Last try to seal all the rivets on the fuel tanks. Mixed up the Pro-seal, thinned it a little with Xylene and re-riveted all the drilled out rivets. Also sealed the back of the rivets.
I have some Green Loctite which I may use to do one or two little leaks but if this doesn't work, I am going to re-order all the tank hardware and start over.
