Cleco'ed the outboard ribs of the left tank and all the ribs of the right tank into place.
This time I put the ribs in differently. Laid the sealant inside the nose and then cleco'ed the front two holes, in place. After all the ribs were in, laid down the sealant on the ribs and cleco'ed the rest in place. Went very easily and was much easier than working in the frame the way I did the left tank.
