Ok, when I finished the horizontal stab I found that I had screweed up. The leading edge of the left side was further from the trailing edge than the right. It was lobsided, You will see in the next few pictures obvious indicators that something was wrong, buty I missed them and I will end up having to rebuild the horizontal stab. Notice in pictures 1 and 3 how the skin appears to be too large. I will find out later that one of the inner ribs is off by almost 1/4 inch putting a flat "twist" in the structure.
Also in image 3, see how the "point" on the iside of both skins is off?
