Had to leave town for a few days now back to work. Clamped the aft skin and aileron frame to work top and laid out rivet lines and drilled rivet holes with a #30 drill bit. Marked edges of skin and removed skin from frame. Trimmed skin edges of excess meal and deburred rivet holes. Using AN3-5A bolts, washers and nylock nuts I attached hinge brackets to fwd spars on aileron and torqued. Will continue in the morning.
