After talking some more with Mike from Bushcaddy and looking at the deflections he sent me in an email I see were I had misunderstood the drawings A-E-009. It shows 130 and 160 and I took it to mean mm and not degrees. So in the initial setup a few months back I set the elevators wrong and that ran the mm5 connector out at the stick and only engaged about 1/2" of threads. After rechecking the deflections I had 18 deg up elevator and 22 deg down elevator. The email from mike showed 13 down and 16 up. So to adjust the down elevator I had to screw the mm5 connector in more and when I reached the 13 deg setting I had about 1/4" of the threads on the mm5 showing, and the up elevator is adjusted with the control rod stop. Now I feel better. So the drawing should show 13 deg down and 16 deg up not 130 mm down and 160 mm up depicted in the drawings. I am at 700.5 total hours into this build.
