Brief Description: Worked on Aileron cable and pulleys
I relocated left lower aileron cable pulley to allow more clearance for aileron and rudder cable. I had tried to align it when I had the cabin and fuselage in two peaces but was off by 1/16 of and inch. Now I have plenty of clearance. Using the parts provide with the kit I made up the two aileron cables with four thimbles and two turnbuckles and four NICO press sleeves. I used shrink tubing on the cable ends to keep the ends from fraying. The right lower aileron pulley gave was in the right place and I did not have to move it. I have about ¼” clearance between the aileron and rudder cables.
