Brief Description:  Cabin top framing

Put ASS-001 together and drilled out side holes and clecoing in place as per drawings. I built ASS-002 as per drawing. I had laid out PF-114, PF-122 and PF-172 as per drawing the decided to look ahead in the drawings as I knew that there were other parts that were attached to this part. I went to the parts shelf for the cabin and picked up PF-115 & PF-116 and noted that they were pre-drilled with 3/32 inch holes. Glad I did look as the holes were not a match to the marks I had laid out. I clamped them all together as one assembly off setting PF-122 & PF-172 by 65mm (40mm for the end to extend out from the cabin and 25mm for the width of the angle and 6mm extending at the top). Using the pre-drilled holes in PF-115 & PF-116 I drilled for the AN3 bolts. Thanks to Don's Log I knew that PF-122 and PF-172 have a twist in it that should twist aft on the top. If you have not read Don's log you should do so right now before doing anything more. I did not drill the out side holes into the cabin frame yet. Laid out rivet line on four PF-128 corner brackets and clamed in place on the aft of the cabin first as I had two carpenter squares clamped on the forward section to maintain it square. (Note some where I was under the impression that the bend went down on F-128 but have now found out it should go up.) It only maters when you install the cover over the aileron controls in the cabin. Drilled and clecoed the aft brackets then did the same to the forward ones after removing the squares. I have a lot of the other brackets in place to hold the cabin as square as possible for now. I also have set up the laser level and am able to check the front of the cabin for being square and level as you can see in Image 1. I centered PF-196 on ASS-002 and drilled and bolted in place. There has been a change in the front of the cabin that you no longer use the angle PF-153 & PF-154. The new part consists of two brackets F-138-T for top & two brackets F-138-B for bottom. They are not on the drawings as of yet. F-138-T goes on top of the sid
