Laid out horizontal stabulizer and drilled rivet holes. Primed all the parts. Deburred all holes and riveted the two PD-89 and PD-90 marked and layed out the hinge plates. PB-29 and PD-76 need to be trimed to set flat in the stabilizers. Rivets go from the U side to the flat side. Before drilling rivet layout check that your are not drilling through holes where frams will go. Where frames go do not rivet in that area. I kept clecos in the holse for frames to make sure I did not place rivets there.
