Laid out hole placement per drawing A-V-S-005 and drilled holes whit 1/8th inch drill bit. Clamped PB-24 to bulkhead 7 and found center line that I had drawn on the table trough the 1/8 inch holes on the bottom and drill the back hole into the table and clecoed in place. Using the small right angle drill attachment I drilled the 3/16 bolt hole from PB-24 into bulkhead 7 and bolted each hole as I drilled it. Then removed PB-24 from table and drilled the 5/16 holes in the bottom. Placed bolts thorough holes and nut plates. Clamped nut plate and drill with #30 drill bit and clecoed. Drill all four holes then de-burred and riveted nut plates on bottom of PB-24 with 426-4-6 rivets. The 426-4-7 rivets that are specified in the drawing are to long. This is where you want allot of different bucking bars. It gets tight on the back side between the nut plate and the part.
