Installed lower removable A-10 inside corner with nut plates and #8 screws on bulkhead 2. Will attach nut plates and #8 screws to bulkhead 1 when I remove fuselage from jig. Installed upper inside corners A-10 to bulkheads. Draw a line in center of corners A-10 and center of corneers on frames. Find and mark location of each hole and drill through center of A-10 while removed from fuselage. Then possition over bulkhead corner and located center mark. Then drill through the frame and cleco. This works best for location the corners all around.
