Set in place control rod cover over control rod in cargo area and set in place cargo area deck covering and drilled with 1/8 the drill and clecoed in place. Drilled out holes for number 8 screw and set nut in place and drilled for 3/32 rivets. Deburred all holes and riveted nut plates in place. A total of 8 for each side of the cargo area and 3 for each inside corner front and back for a total of 28 nut plates.
