Brief Description: Left wing spars

Make sure you have the right drawings for the wings. I am installing the 18 us gal tanks so I need to use the R-120 wing drawings for the rib spacing. The current drawing for this is Rev 01 dated 27/02/06. Started on aft left wing spar. Drilled PK-309, PK-319 X 2, PK-320, PK-321 and PK-313 for five AN-3-7A Bolts deburred. Drilled PK-352, PK-356 and PK313 for 412 rivets. Yes the drawings show 414 rivets but I was directed by Rick from Bushcaddy USA to use 512 rivets. Measured and laid out PK-325 and PK-327 on PK-313 and drilled PK-327 and PK-313 for 470-4-5 rivets. and PK-325 and PK-313 for AN3-5A bolts. Laid out first hinge at 2770mm and drilled PK-313 PK-335 and PK-324 for AN3-7A bolts and An3-13A bolts. Laid out rivet line for 470-4-5 rivets on PK-313 and PK-335 drilled & deburred existing holes. Laid out second hinge at 3770mm and drilled PK-313, PK343, PK-301 and PK-324 for AN3-7A bolts. Front spar left wing drilled PK-310, PK-315, PK-316, PK-317 & PK-312 for 470-4-5 rivets and AN3-7A bolts. Laid out and drilled PK-349 & PK-352 (which does not show on the drawing) at 1300mm from root end and extending down 40mm. Laid out PK-307 at 2337mm from root end and 25mm down on a 25 deg angle. Drilled PK-344, PK-306 & PK-312. Deburred existing holes. Tomorrow I will prim the left wing spar.
