Brief Description: Installed lift strut on right door
Installed NAPA gas strut on right door 4" from top of door frame inside to center of top bracket. Then I checked the door angle max lift with a square off of PF-190 to the door frame at the center were the door extends out and attached the bottom bracket. Brackets are attached with pull rivets. This will set your door so it does not hit the wing when opening. The gas struts are from NAPA and the part is #819-5591 you will need 2 each, and mount plates are #735-1593 you'll need 4pcs, 2 cards, they come in a pack of two. I purchased them online at NAPA.com but you can also order them from the local NAPA store.
Built PH-234 for the left door frame. I am waiting for Mike to send me two more hinges and then I will finish the left door.
