Found out there is a design change to the door. The part labeled PH-234 is not in my kit. Emailed Mike Friday and he sent me new instructions and told me how to make the part. PH-234 is made from two 3/4 X 1/16 angle in a Z pattern riveted together with 412 rivets and then riveted to PF-190 or PF-191 depending on which side you are working on. The door hinges are attached to this after being attached to the door top. Drilled and attached hinges to the top of door frame and then installed rivet plates on PH-234 and attached door to PH-234 with screws. Drilled and clecoed in place PH-208 on out side of cabin. Installed door skin on right door frame clecoing in place. This was fun in that you have to sharp the skin to the door frame. So after I clamped the skin in place and tried different ways to from the skin to the frame I drilled the bottom holes firsts and clecoed in place the worked up the side and last finished at the top.
