Drilled 3/4" holes for aileron cable and fuel line. Laid rivet line on bottom of PG-224L and PG-224R drilled and clecoed in place. Laid rivet line on PG-222 and PG-223 drilled and clecoed in place. Laid rivet line on top skin PG-220 drilled and clecoed in place bent back corners under as per drawing. Removed all parts and deburred top of fuselage, cleaned and ruffed up area with green pad and primed. Deburred PG-222 & 223 PG-224 R & L PG-220 and departed to airport to work on the Merlin’s windshield while primmer dried.
Re-attached PG-222 & 223 parts with clecos and riveted in placed with 410 rivets. Attached PG-224 R & L with clecos and riveted in place with 410 rivets. Attached PK-336 & PK-345 and riveted with 410 rivets. Placed top skin part # PG-220 and clecoed in place. Dimpled sides of skin PG-220 and riveted in place with 412 rivets. Riveted top skin in with 410 rivets on 32 mm spaceing.
