Brief Description: Continued on vertical Stabilizer frame.
I lined up and continued checking the marks as I drill and cleco parts in place. Once all has been drilled and marked de-burred all holes and started riveting in place. PB-30 is shown on drawing A-V-S-015 that is when you will rivet PA-015 and PB-30 to bulkhead 7 with a 470-4-6 rivet. The drawing calls for a 470-4-7 rivet but that is to long for the parts. This is where you will find out if you have the right bucking bar in your tools. It’s a very tight fit. Continue checking alignment every time you do something. I am starting to get the hang of the solid rivets. It sure help to spend some time with Rick.
Keep checking the line up to keep it straight
Make sure it is all locked in place while you work on it.
Check and re-check the line up through the building process.
